Our house, built with the environment in mind, has been awarded 4 Edelweiß points (the best possible rating amongst Austrian private landlords) and lies in a peaceful sunny location in the middle of the Gosau valley.

In the Winter a well-prepared cross country ski track leads right past the house and a heated ski depot is available to guests free of charge at the valley station of the Hornspitz-lift. The ski lift can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, so our guests can leave the car in the carport and have a great, relaxing skiing holiday!
