Relax at the Pomberger family´s farm, commonly-known as "Koa", in the Pichlern area of Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee! Are you in search of relaxation and escape from the daily grind? Do you prefer to stay somewhere without masses of other tourists? You have come to the right place!
- We have, for rental, a cosy holiday apartment (approx. 90m²) withCooking area (electric cooker,fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and bread cutting device)
- Comfortable sofa with satellite TV
2 rustically furnished bedrooms (1 with twin beds and 1 with three beds) and
A bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
The apartment is located in the attic of our home. This is accessible via a newly built-in, separate entrance and a winding staircase. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a sunny balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This is furnished with chairs and sun loungers for your enjoyment.
Our bio farm is situated at an elevation of approx 900 m above sea level. We currently own 6 mother cows with calves, and also keep rabbits, cats and a wire-haired dachshund called Capo. For our youngest guests we have a swing with slide and lots of room to play in our garden.

Payment
-from January 1st, 2021 is the tourism tax € 2.50 per person/night (over 15 years), from January 1st, 2022 is the tourism tax € 3.00 per person/night (over 15 years)
- End cleaning € 35,00
- We kindly ask for a deposit of 40% per booking, the balance is to be paid locally
