Arrive and feel at home - that means vacation for us. And we want to pass this on to our guests. The history of this old farmhouse goes back to 1857 and is made visible by framed documents in the stairwell as well as some old pieces of furniture.
Our cosy and lovingly renovated holiday home, with a marvellous mountain view and a large snack garden, is suitable for families as well as for athletes and nature lovers. We warmly welcome children of all ages, so on request, we can provide a cot, highchair, bottle warmer, toilet seat and a changing mat free of charge! The already mentioned spacious kitchen has always been the heart of the house.
Prepare healthy and delicious food together with herbs, vegetables and fruit freshly harvested from the house's snack garden. In addition to fresh ingredients from our own garden, there are organic coffee, a selection of teas, sugar, herbal salt, pepper, paprika, caraway seeds, coriander; curry, vinegar and oil are available. The cosy seating area invites you to linger and be together even after dinner.
The lovingly designed garden is impressive! With a grill, garden furniture and parasols, you indeed want to stay outside. Even the smallest guests will be satisfied - the sandpit and toys make children's hearts beat faster. The fence around the property also ensures safety for the little ones.
For accessibility and surroundings
The property has three parking spaces, but if you prefer to come without a car, there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
The lakes of the inner Salzkammergut can be reached within a rapid time in summer. The house is in a top location for hiking enthusiasts and cyclists. Hikers can start right outside the door with the Karl-Pilz-Rundwanderweg. Bike tours also begin right outside the door! Such as the famous Dachstein tour.
In the winter season, you can reach the surrounding ski areas within a short time. The Loser Bergbahnen, Dachstein Krippenstein, Dachstein West and Feuerkogl are a maximum of 25 minutes away by car. For cross-country skiers, there is a small cross-country ski run in the immediate vicinity and the cross-country skiing paradise Predigstuhl can be reached in 15 minutes.
