Photo Museum in Bad Ischl
The Marble Palace, former tea room of Empress Elisabeth, now houses the Photo Museum of the Province of Upper Austria. Due to its location and architecture, this museum is regarded as one of the most charming in Austria. Furthermore, it features an exhibition by Prof. Hans Frank which is one of the most important collections in the history of photography. The Province of Upper Austria was able to acquire this collection in the 1970’s.
