The famous Bone house in the roman ground floor of the Gothic Michaels chapel, human remains have been exhumed from the graveyard since 1600.
Visit the 7,000 year old Salt mountain in Hallstatt. The preserved body of the prehistoric miner "The Man in the Salt" can be viewed during the journey through time in the Salt worlds of Hallstatt. A visit to the Salt mine is an absolute highlight. Closed until 26th of april 2008.
