Feel relaxed and enjoy

The house Kopriwa has a size of 150 m². On the ground floor is the large living room with TV and passage to the bedroom. Continuing to the kitchen in the vestibule with toilet and stairs to the 1st floor. Here is the bathroom with separate shower and bath. The water is heated by solar power. There are two separate toilets available.

In addition there is one double bedroom with TV and balcony, connecting room to the 2nd bedroom with separate beds. WiFi.

Holiday Fun

The kitchen is partly still original yet still has everything you need for enjoying meals together. When it comes to washing the dishes there is a dishwasher at hand. Since the house has no heating, it is only rentable in summer. On cooler days you can use the infrared heaters.
Enjoy the nature

In the garden is a small hut, a garden shower for cooling off rapid cooling. There is also a stock of toys. Parking spots are available. The furnished terrace, with charcoal grill and great views ensure relaxation.

The nearest restaurants and shops are located in the district of “Au, about 3 km away. “Gasthof Metzgerwir”t with its own butcher shop, “Gasthof Post” with its pizzeria or the newly renovated “Steegwirt”, near the “Traunbrücke”.
